Pros
If you really want to learn alot, you are at a good place. Salary is decent and hike as well.. overall great place to work..
Cons
Somthing they may miss out some of your salary part. Can be allowances.. as it always had in my case. Also HR mistakenly transfer some bonus amount into my salary which belonged to some other employee but late next month same amount was deducted from my salary.. which really made me mad.. rest is fine
