Good company But HR destroyed the employee freedom - Software Engineer Incedo Employee Review

Bad HR dept. Not taking employee opinions into considerations. Hard times in company with Multiple layoff from projects due to lack of funding, Replaced senior staff with interns. Increased workload and extended work hours and additional responsibilities of freshers to groom and push them into project. Work takes priority than learning recently and employee becomes victim of war between multiple 3rd party companies where each of them try increase their footprint into project for increased funding.
