Pros
In last 10 years that I spent there, there were lot of changes viz from a small technology group of Indiabulls to a full bloomed "Tech. Service " Company INCEDO, what has not changed is to grow and grow fast. There is a lot of opportunity of learning and excel there. The company has a momentum i.e "Content" With a Velocity. INCEDO has a good knowledge base, that can give it a great height .
Cons
The middle management always tries to align itself to Top management. Due to which the end employee loose acceleration. The company lack a product base. Product base could be used to haze from market slow down.
