      Good learning curve and few teams have really talented people from whom we can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Worst management which plays favouritism. They will ask for your feedback but won't be taking any actions for your concerns. If u talk anything against then ur appraisal will get impacted. Don't value the employees work life balance
