Pros

- Great breakfast - Desk was near windows

Cons

- Lunch food was odd and didn't taste good - Difficult to get to restaurants - Rare that people would take more than 15-20 mins for lunch - Office had ugly DIY decor - No real culture- no happy hours or team activities (sitting at our desks w a beer didnt count) - Difficult commute unless you live nearby - Ghost writing was not something I was told I'd be doing when I got hired - Normal to sit at your desk til 6:30-7pm (but for no reason)

Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

Cons

Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
