Pros
Very rewarding bonus structure, management is very approachable and inclusive. Tools are provided so that your WFH set up is all that you need.
Cons
Historically there has been some micro management that has gradually been phased out - generally this is not an issue for employees that are performing as expected. Client success has seen a lot of changes / staff turnover which has impacted the service existing clients receive as well as frustrated current employees.
