1) Great product 2) Meaningful mission 2) Great money 3) Some great colleagues and leaders
Cons
1) Micromanaged and inflated metrics sales environment 2) Zero meritocracy - cronyism sales culture where only those in the inner circle will grow within the company 3) C-level supports diversity, equity and inclusion but only at the top of the organization. These practices do not drip to the rest of the company and regions. Underprivileged groups do not have the same opportunities to thrive. 4) Forcing employees back into the office post-pandemic
