Pros

Timely Pay Policies are good. 6 M paternity leave.

Cons

There's a lot of politics involved in the accounts assignment. When a product fails to deliver or the return on investment (ROI) cannot be justified to the client, the sales representative is penalized, potentially even facing termination this also applies if the client decides not to renew the services. The workload seems never-ending; despite all the automation and tools available, Excel sheets continue to pile up.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
