      Pros

      IBC had a great volunteer organization at one time and they were a strong family company. After Fred passed away and Joe retired the company culture changed drastically.

      Cons

      The company is no longer concerned about the employees. The days where the employees were empowered to move the company forward and they felt valuable have passed.
