      Pros

      IBC is a member of the nationally renowned Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Experience gained in most positions can be transferred to other BCBSA companies. Benefits are good compared to other companies; health insurance benefits are below average compared to other companies in metropolitan Philadelphia.

      Cons

      This company is extremely political. Whether or not a candidate gets through the door is often dependent upon whether he/she has a political connection.
