Pros

You have a lot of opportunities to move up when postings become available. The training and especially the trainers are excellent in a 6 to 8 week training class where they teach you all the skills and knowledge to be very successful on the phone when the training is completed. The best advice I can give a new employee is pay attention and absorb as much information you can while training which will make the transition to taking actual calls very transparent and easy. Always go in about a half an hour or at least fifteen minutes before your shift starts so you can relax yourself and prepare for your day.

Cons

Some customers can be a little rude but the majority of people are nice.
