      Big name company. Sits well on your resume. Location, love working in center city. Easily identified brand. Pretty good benefit.

      Cons

      Pay. Starting salary is low. Took it as an entry level position out of college. Was unable to proceed to mid- level after 5 yrs. Had to leave the company.
