Independence Blue Cross is a great place to work because you have the opportunity to help people and also have the opportunity to move up very quickly in your career do to so many advancement opportunities. The trainers I had Lena and Vanessa are both outstanding in preparing you for the position and making the classroom training to the time you start taking calls easy and so transparent. They care about each and every individual they train and go above and beyond to help you be successful. Management is always their to support you with any issue you encounter.

Cons

Some members can be a little anxious , but that's expected because you are dealing with health issues.
