Pros
Management is appreciative, loyal, protective of employees, and on best behavior; there's a serious commitment to human resources here. And great work-life balance. Leave work at work, for the most part, flex your time, summer hours, work from home schedules, etc. The company does decent philanthropic work, and is committed to the Philly community -- it's surprisingly nice to see so much Philadelphia pride at work. There are lots of opportunities to advance in lots of different directions.
Cons
This is a big corporation -- it's just like you see on TV. Lots of complicated bureaucracy, everyone relentlessly normal and chipper or else. If you're used to being somewhere where, like, folks are values or mission driven, and take their political and social responsibilities seriously, this will feel watered down and fake to you.
