Lied about position. - IT Support Independence Blue Cross Employee Review

I was bought in for IT and assigned a Procurement position. Healthcare cost the same as anywhere else. Nepotism is a major factor here for IT and often leads to higher paid people who should be gone but can't be touched. IT department bickering and arguing among themselves with truly unhelpful management.
