Pros
1.WFH- and company supplies all equipment. 2.Insurance starts on first day of employment. 3. Extensive training(8-9weeks). 4. Paid every two weeks(no week and hold)
Cons
1.System crashing daily(Avaya oneX, in house system CSD) 2.The training although extensive was very overwhelming it seemed that IBC was training us for 3 different dept rolled into one dept. too much work not enough pay. 3. Misrepresented the full time-I expected 40 hrs IBC fulltime 37.5 hrs(and this wasn't told to us until we signed contract w/company(shady) 4. Bids for time off( sketchy) and if the time is taken by another coworker then you were unable to take paid time off (it would come out of your check) 5.I live in Texas and since I am outside of PA county. The physicians weren't a part of IBC so I wasn't able to locate a PCP in my area without jumping through hoops, so technically, I was paying for insurance I couldn't use and again I only realized this when I joined and looked for a PCP in my local area. 6.Needless to say they have high turn overs in their customer service dept.
