This organization seems to still be living in the past . Closer to my departure they merged with another insurance company and it was so poorly executed it caused huge strains on customers both internally and externally. There was a mass amount of chaos and no one knew what to do. Unreasonable amounts of forced overtime and take home work became the norm. I saw the transitions internally and found that people gaining management positions had not clue on the day to day or even running a department . A lot of promotions and removals were all About politics . Many seasoned professionals were also still Stuck in a old world mentality .
