Pros

Management is great and everyone at the company is very helpful. Training was 12 weeks long and very in depth. PTO available upfront and very easy to request time off. Paid holidays. Monday through Friday job. Call volume is manageable.

Cons

Health insurance is very expensive. Lunches are cut to 30 minutes if the call volume is really high, sick time not available for remote employees outside of Philadelphia.
