Pros
While there used to be many pros, since the new CEO took over a couple years ago he has done everything to advance his political agenda and ostracize the majority of employees. There are no pros currently.
Cons
Political CEO, unorganized leadership, low pay, high stress workload, racist DEI policies, disregard for employee safety due to high crime in the area and on public transit, complete reversal of the successful WFH policy that made the last 4 years surpass all performance metrics.
