      Good coworkers who care about the work and about each other

      Cons

      Leadership lies. They blow smoke up your you-know-what about how much they care about your health, brag about how much they "listen" to us and care by creating the hybrid of choice, and then, without any warning, completely change to forcing people into the office, AND LIE about why. They don't care at all about employees.
