Great benefits and culture. Sense of community. "Bring yourself as you are". The most diverse teams I've worked with and learned so much from their different experiences
Cons
Restructuring happens with manager swapping. Replacing people who leave doesn't always happen fast enough. Was asked to wear too many hats while waiting for rehires that didn't come.
