I started working at IV almost 15 years ago. I started as a receptionist and worked my way to a Regional Property Administrator. to have the biggest support team behind me is amazing. Not only do they challenge you they push you to be a better version of yourself on a daily basis. They remind you to have courage!

I love my job, the hours are great, my boss Kyla and Kelli are the best to work for. Residents are polite at times

not much to be concerned about. the residents and phones calls can be a little changeling at times., but all works out.
