Employee first and leads with heart. I genuinely love the independent living setting where seniors can THRIVE, and Independence Village does it right. They empower employees, encourage growth and challenge us to be the best amongst ourselves and the industry.

Cons

A pro and a con - things are always changing. But as anyone knows, that's life! Change is inevitable, but they handle it well and prepare you.

I love my job, the hours are great, my boss Kyla and Kelli are the best to work for. Residents are polite at times

Cons

not much to be concerned about. the residents and phones calls can be a little changeling at times., but all works out.
