Pros

The residents become part of your family. Outstanding, dedicated property level employees. Made great connections within the community. Fun family events.

Cons

Politics. Corporate is a circus. Finger pointing instead of accountability. Employ followers instead of leaders. All power from property has been removed. Worked 40+ hours a week, including nights, weekends & holidays.

I love my job, the hours are great, my boss Kyla and Kelli are the best to work for. Residents are polite at times

Cons

not much to be concerned about. the residents and phones calls can be a little changeling at times., but all works out.
