Good interview process. Ability to advance in the organization

Cons

Not a good culture to work in. Lack of training, lack of proper support from management. Poor communication with employees. No life/work balance. Poor competitive salary structure. Too top heavy in managers for type of service that is provided.

We now have a dedicated Learning and Development team to make sure everyone receives the training they need. It’s important to us that every employee has a healthy work/life balance, and will do a better job of addressing this with our leaders. I love my job, the hours are great, my boss Kyla and Kelli are the best to work for. Residents are polite at times

Cons

not much to be concerned about. the residents and phones calls can be a little changeling at times., but all works out.
