Pros

Company likes to promote from within, which can be beneficial, although sometimes you end up with the wrong person in the wrong position. Their wages are fair and bonuses generous. For the most part it is a good place to work, as long as you are not the type of person who need positive feedback. The residents and their families more than make up for it.

Cons

Lack of communication and structure, repeated changes in chain of command could be frustrating. The only memos they ever sent out were from the payroll department regarding changes to pay dates. The company is growing and I know they will figure it out.

I love my job, the hours are great, my boss Kyla and Kelli are the best to work for. Residents are polite at times

not much to be concerned about. the residents and phones calls can be a little changeling at times., but all works out.
