Poor Treatment - Mortgage Set Up Coordinator Independent Bank (MI) Employee Review

Poor communication, poor wages, and because of position we are treated extremely low on the totem pole. I have been yelled at by LO's, LP's, and others not in authority over my position. When things are reported to supervisors nothing is done about it. It is usually ignored and then forgotten rather than standing up for their employee and team because no one deserves to be treated that way. Getting paid poorly and less than those that I have trained and have out worked every year since being employed.
