Pros
I love the people in the company. Everyone is personable, and generally helpful. The job is fun and very doable within the work day. There is some flexibility for life/work balance. The gym onsight is an awesome perk to working here. The physicians and most of the management are very approachable. Excellent culture. If the culture is good, it makes any job great. If the culture is bad....even the best job is awful.
Cons
Lacking in the area of training for new employess. General orientation was great, but the computer program classes really had nothing to do with your particular department needs. You get a short 1-2 weeks in your department and SMACK; ok, have at it. Learn as you go is great, but only when you have some resources given to you.
