They orginally compensated the low pay with company health insurance. Last year they went to a high deductible play with a HSA. HSA are very difficult if your children are from a previous marriage and you cannot claim them on your insurance, also the rates went up for a company that you work hard for. Also its been said that the higher managment budgets for their own raise, leaving a low bonus and raise for employees. Also they appear to treat contracted employees like they are not important.
