Pros
In the early years (CEO FC) you could count on company paid training in your field to keep you at the top of your game combined with top-tier benefits (med, dental, eyes, STD, LTD, LI, pension, generous vacation/personal/sick days) made it a pleasure to come into work and be part of a team. Hi morale. Management took care in cultivating employees. Felt valued and appreciated.
Cons
In the latter years (CEO MC) training was cut, benefits cut back, and pension was removed. Focus turned to "doing more with less". Old-tenure employees, now called associates were terminated without notice. Family culture dissolved. Sweatshop mentality. Current employees I remain in contact with state "nothing has changed."
