Good health insurance benefits. Many employees would be willing to put members first if management provides consistent leadership and rewards effective work instead of busy work.
Cons
Leadership has failed the company and the community. There is no consistent direction and CEO looks to blame consultants, employees, the economy and "an overly complicated health care system" instead of his inability to pick a strategy and lead dedicated employees.
