Pros
Generous PTO and during busy months you can work quite a lot of overtime but that’s if you don’t mind an overflow of phone calls for hours on end. Work from home due to COVID.
Cons
Management isn’t really there when you need them and when an issue is brought up that you’d like to be kept private there’s a 99% chance the whole chain of supervisors knows as they’re all friends outside of work. Lack of assistance when needed.
