Some departments (Servicing) are cliquey. Some of the managers are absolutely terrible and make your life miserable. Pay can be improved. There needs to be more opportunities for advancement. HR is super strict with following the job posting requirements when there are people within the company that can be taught to do many roles. You need to learn to promote within the company and strengthen your current staff vs hiring strictly externally. It’s not great for morale and longevity. Allow a little flexibility for internal growth.
