Pros
Full Benefits package and pay was wonderful. PTO was generous if you could take it. There are definitely wonderful leaders and coworkers that made working enjoyable.
Cons
There was a lot to be desired regarding work life balance, toxic and unsupportive leadership, and concerns when presented to HR were swept under the rug. The culture had taken a serious nosedive and toxic leaders continue to be kept in place.
