Pros
-Ability to work - mostly - fully remote -Some flexibility with schedule
Cons
This may be a more departmental issue than company wide - though the company has a very bizarre culture. However my direct report had no actual experience with the software we used on a daily basis and was unable to even answer basic questions. There was definite favoritism and nepotism, apparent by my direct report still having a job. There is quite literally almost 0 room for growth, people never leave positions and when they do they get inundated with applications. So unless you are grossly over qualified you won't be getting the position. Pay is also EXTREMELY low, like a noticeable drop from comparable companies. There are no cost of living raises and no guaranteed raises at all. Inflation will rapidly out pace your pay. There is also a large degree of overall disorganization.
