Pros

Very difficult to find anything pro about this organization . Their survival is based on being in the right industry, not their skill sets.

Cons

During the interview process they tell you how they are growing and rely on a team concept. Reality is they have no management skills and the team consist of the family members only. Never seen such high turnover and people so poorly treated by management...glad to have moved on to a legitimate organization.

Pros

Remote Position was created for me Great benefits I attempted to move on to other companies and both times ILS matched their offer proving they really valued me as an employee.

Cons

Sadly they closed the office in IL that I was based out of for 6 of the 9 years I was employed there but it was during 2020 so i understood.

Pros

There are a few caring managers

Cons

They force you to sign new contracts with no alignment with the market for a salary increase. The company is making money but not providing sufficient raises for the California market. The employees need a union to fight for numerous things.
