Pros
Company is doing very well, doubled its workforce in the past year and expects to double again in the next year, but not to their credit - mostly due to the Affordable Care Act/ObamaCare. Health insurance is free (for the employee only, not family) after being with the company for three years, a huge perk! Very little taken out of your paycheck if you are below three years.
Cons
Management was able to lead this company fairly well when it was a much smaller, mostly family run business. However, it has far outgrown their capabilities. There are too many cons to list but a few are: Very few processes and procedures in place that are badly needed, no orientation or any type of training for most new hires, departments compete against each other instead of working together, CEO and many hiring managers hire friends or family that have no experience in healthcare and/or their field, CEO and Executives think very short-sighted. I've never worked for an organization that has such incompetent management.
