This mom and pop operation has a bigger IT department than IBM yet they can't fix anything or correct the current problems they have with some crappy home grown program called E-Care. Never seen anything like this company as all departments are crap filled with family members or close friends with zero experience. Majority of these people are riding a gravy train and it's a shame because it has a potential to be a monster in a unique niche but so poorly managed it's unbelievably overwhelming. Oh one last thing, get yourself a REAL HR department because what is in place now is a complete joke.
