Pros

The only positive thing I took from this company were the few real people that I met. These people made coming into work a little easier for me.

Cons

People get promoted by who has the brownest nose rather than their qualifications. So basically no experience needed to get ahead. Leadership has no idea what they are doing.

Pros

Remote Position was created for me Great benefits I attempted to move on to other companies and both times ILS matched their offer proving they really valued me as an employee.

Cons

Sadly they closed the office in IL that I was based out of for 6 of the 9 years I was employed there but it was during 2020 so i understood.

Pros

There are a few caring managers

Cons

They force you to sign new contracts with no alignment with the market for a salary increase. The company is making money but not providing sufficient raises for the California market. The employees need a union to fight for numerous things.
