This place is a joke - Care Manager Independent Living System Employee Review

This company now wants to micromanage. They want to monitor everything you do. The raises are a joke if one is received at all. Barely get PTO or holidays. The CEO never makes any changes in favor of the employees although he hosts meetings where employees can submit their concerns or questions. All we get is a political response with no action behind it. Our cases are all over the place and there’s no organization. This company keeps taking on more populations and health plans without having the staff to accommodate it. Way too many meetings and trainings on top of conferences weekly.
