Pros

Decent Pay a decent Work-life balance.

Cons

Very minimal training. Almost all of the work revolves around their proprietary system so it is very difficult to research for. System is very convoluted and difficult to learn. My manager virtually never showed up to the office and would lean heavily on my co-workers for help/feedback. My co-workers were great, very kind, and helpful. Terrible management. Incredibly bureaucratic and you basically have to get approval to sneeze.

Pros

Remote Position was created for me Great benefits I attempted to move on to other companies and both times ILS matched their offer proving they really valued me as an employee.

Cons

Sadly they closed the office in IL that I was based out of for 6 of the 9 years I was employed there but it was during 2020 so i understood.

Pros

There are a few caring managers

Cons

They force you to sign new contracts with no alignment with the market for a salary increase. The company is making money but not providing sufficient raises for the California market. The employees need a union to fight for numerous things.
