Pros

The Case Managers were caring, experienced people who worked as a team.

Cons

Management was hostile, slamming doors and verbally putting people down in front of everyone else. There was little orientation and no consistency. Upon resigning, no exit interview, COBRA benefits, etc. PTO was not granted when requested. No HR on site and no contact information for HR.

Pros

Remote Position was created for me Great benefits I attempted to move on to other companies and both times ILS matched their offer proving they really valued me as an employee.

Cons

Sadly they closed the office in IL that I was based out of for 6 of the 9 years I was employed there but it was during 2020 so i understood.

Pros

There are a few caring managers

Cons

They force you to sign new contracts with no alignment with the market for a salary increase. The company is making money but not providing sufficient raises for the California market. The employees need a union to fight for numerous things.
