401k, insurance wasn't too bad, most of your coworkers are good people who genuinely want to help others. Can help you pay the bills while you search elsewhere for a career.
Cons
Low pay for the amount of work you're expected to do. High level management could not care less about the patients or their employees, it's all about squeezing cash out of everything in sight. Seen multiple nurses get fired for speaking up about understaffing and bad labor practices.
