      It is truly difficult to find a positive. I did love my coworkers.

      Cons

      The pay is abysmal. The culture is awful. The organization is ran terribly. Idiot executives making terrible decisions and they have no idea how to run healthcare.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
