      None really. It would be nice to have longer than 30min lunch otherwise you don’t have enough time to go anywhere

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
