Pros
Coworkers are great. We try and take care of each other. It’s not a fire everyday, everything is usually under control.
Cons
Pay is lack luster. Upper management doesn’t seem to really care about you. Policies are ridged and uncaring of employees, needs reform on most levels. They like to pay ceos and admins more while they’re on the floor employees are stressed and under paid. Benefits are “industry standard”, otherwise known as not great.
