      The work schedule can be flexible.

      Cons

      It represent some of the worst behaviors of corporate america. Leadership consistently uses manipulative and dishonest tactics with employees. Career growth is more or less non existent.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
