      Pros

      Good team where everyone cares about the patients. Insurance is pretty decent and PTO accrual is okay.

      Cons

      Hard to grow from a non-clinical position. Pay isn't the best, Time off, call offs, and holidays are all paid from the PTO bank. Staff parking is awful.
