Longterm employee working my way up - Coordinator Indiana University Health Employee Review

I have work here over 10 years and had a wide variety of duties, but mostly stayed in the hospital. I have met and still have great friends here, and it feels like home. I appreciate the diversity of roles available and the opportunity to learn on the job skills. I am still amazed of the organized complexity of "treating patients". Each employee does matter, even if they never see or speak to our patients.
