Pros
Not much there. They seem to fire the good supervisors & employees
Cons
Extremly stressful environment. Management bullets employees but talks a good game. Supervisor does nothing to help but micromanaged every day. Also not a professional environment. Supervisor uses foul language, plays offensive music on his computer through his phone. So much mandatory OT, but always has stupid meetings to stop you working in the middle of the day. You have to STAND there in 1 spot for 1/2 or 45 min. This is killing people that are on there feet for 10 -11 hrs a day with only 1 15 min break & a 30 min lunch
